Mr Gilbert Tan is the Assistant Director-General of NTUC since 2016. As Director of NTUC Training & Placement Division, Mr Gilbert Tan drives workers’ training in tandem with companies’ transformation, via the formation of Company Training Committees and the adoption of the Operation & Technology Roadmap process. He is passionate in his role to better serve workers’ training and jobs matching needs under the Labour Movement’s Training and Placement ecosystem. He is also Director of the Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute (OTCi) and oversees union leadership and training matters, strengthening and promotion of tripartism amongst key stakeholders in Singapore. Mr Gilbert Tan joined NTUC’s e2i in 2009 to create solutions for better employment and employability through providing better jobs, developing better skills, and improving companies’ productivity and gain sharing for workers. During the period of his leadership till Dec 2021, e2i managed and operationalized NTUC Job Security Council, providing transition support to at-risk or displaced workers preemptively and businesses during fluctuating manpower needs. He pioneered partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), Trade Associations and Chambers, and community groups to bring career coaching, training advisory services and industry transformation solutions to more Singaporeans. Mr Gilbert Tan is a Member of: Singapore Management University Academy Advisory Board; Ngee Ann Polytechnic Council; Institute of Technical Education Board of Governors; and Republic Polytechnic Board of Governors. Mr Gilbert Tan is also on the Board of the Chinese Development Assistance Council, Human Capital (Singapore) Pte Ltd and NCI Golf Pte Ltd. He is the Trustee of Chemical Industries Employees’ Union (CIEU). He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001 in MSRA, Recreation. He also completed the Advanced Management Program in Harvard Business School in 2018.

Kok Chung is the Deputy Director-General of Environment Protection of Singapore’s National Environment Agency. He is concurrently the Director of the Resource & Sustainability Group, responsible for promoting environmental sustainability. The group’s work entails the a) mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions, b) sustainable management of wastes, and c) improving resource efficiency. Associate Professor Of Management & Organisation, NUS Business School And Joint Associate Professor, Yong Loo Lin School Of Medicine National University Of Singapore

Audrey Chia is Associate Professor at the NUS Business School, with a concurrent joint appointment at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). She chairs the Programme Management Committee of the MSc. Environmental Management Programme), a collaboration by nine NUS faculties. Prof. Chia’s research applies leadership, change and innovation as theoretical foundations to address health, environmental and social challenges. Her research has been published in journals such as JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association), The BMJ (British Medical Journal) and Obesity Reviews. She has served as an invited expert on social entrepreneurship, innovative philanthropy, innovative financing and sustainable development at meetings of the United Nations, Asian Development Bank, OECD, and the Asia-Pacific Leaders’ Malaria Alliance. In recognition of her expertise, Prof Chia was appointed to the Management Committee of the United Nations Global Compact Network Singapore. Prof Chia has delivered keynote or plenary addresses and made presentations at conferences such as the Academy of Management, the Integrated Care Foundation, the European Union Workplace Innovation Network, the World Health Summit and the Xiong An International Health Forum. She has been invited to judge venture competitions, such as the Swiss Re Entrepreneurs for Resilience Award, Singtel Futuremakers, DBS-NUS Social Venture Challenge, and the NUS Medical Grand Challenge. As a consultant on leadership, change, and diversity & Inclusiveness, Prof Chia was worked with many organisations. These include Bridgestone, Dentsu, Deutsche Bahn-Schenker, Total, Catalyst, DHL, Jones Lang LaSalle, L’Oreal, McDonald’s, Maersk, Mitsui, National University Health System, Panasonic, Samsung, Telenor, Royal Brunei Airlines, PT Astra, Temasek Foundation, and the Ministry of Health in Brunei. Prof. Chia directs NUS Business School’s Leadership Development Programme, which attracts participants from five continents. From 2011-2017, she was Programme Director of the NIHA (NUS Initiative to Improve Health in Asia) Healthcare Leadership Programme for senior leaders in the public, private and NGO sectors from 15 countries across Asia. She has received three University awards, four Faculty awards and numerous commendations for excellence.

Albert Tsui is Executive Director of the Advocacy and Policy Division at the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), the apex business chamber championing the interests of the Singapore business community in areas of trade, investment, and industrial relations. SBF represents more than 27,000 companies, as well as key local and foreign business chambers.
Prior to joining SBF, Albert served for more than a decade in the Singapore Civil Service in various policy, planning, and operational roles. Albert has degrees from Royal Holloway College, University of London, and Downing College, University of Cambridge.

Managing Director BlackRock

Shinbo Won, Managing Director, heads BlackRock’s Investment Stewardship (BIS) team for Asia ex-Japan, Australia. He is responsible for engaging with investee companies in the Greater China, South Korea and Southeast Asia markets on behalf of BlackRock’s clients globally. The BIS teams actively engage with BlackRock’s portfolio companies to address governance, environmental, and social issues that could materially impact the long-term sustainability of the company and clients’ value.
Prior to joining BlackRock, he was Head of Asia ex-Japan Research at ISS, having led a geographically diverse team that provides proxy research and recommendations for more than 5,000 companies in 14 Asia-Pacific markets outside Japan, while overseeing the development of ISS’ benchmark voting policies for those markets.
Shinbo holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, and BA Economics from Yonsei University.

Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Urban Solutions, Sustainability & Enterprise Finance Enterprise Singapore (ESG)

Mr Geoffrey Yeo serves as Assistant Chief Executive Officer at Enterprise Singapore, the government agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry responsible for championing enterprise development. He currently oversees the Urban Solutions, Infrastructure Services, Sustainability and Enterprise Finance portfolios.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Yeo’s last role was Executive Director of Enterprise Singapore’s Circular Economy & Sustainability division. He was also the General Manager of SEEDS Capital Pte Ltd, the investment arm of Enterprise Singapore which directs investments into Singapore-based technology startups in emerging and strategic sectors.
Mr Yeo has previously held Director positions at SPRING Singapore heading various portfolios including Strategic & Corporate Planning, Financing and Incentive Management. Before joining the public service, he had spent several years in the private sector, with experience across finance and business development roles within the IT and Transport & Logistics industries.
Mr Yeo received the Public Service Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2016. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Finance and International Business, and also holds a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of Sydney.

Ravi Krishnaswamy heads Frost & Sullivan’s Energy, Sustainability & Industrial Practice in the Asia Pacific region and is based in Singapore. Ravi has spent more than twenty five years in the Energy & Environment industry in varying functions, as a design engineer, project manager, management consultant, research director and now Practice Leader. Ravi joined Frost & Sullivan in 2001 as an Industry Analyst and started the Energy Practice in Asia Pacific in 2007.
Ravi has personally lead and/or delivered more than 250 consulting engagements for power utilities, technology companies, infrastructure developers, government agencies & industry regulators, global engineering conglomerates, equipment OEMs, financial services & investment companies and R&D entities. Ravi’s industry expertise and thought leadership spans areas as diverse as digitalization/Industry 4.0, Energy Utilities, Energy Transformation, buildings & construction industry, facilities management, Smart Urban Infrastructure, Environment, Sustainability & Circular Economy, Industrial Automation and smart manufacturing.
Ravi has been a guest speaker, key note presenter and session chair for several Energy, Utilities, Environment and Buildings related industry conferences, both within and outside Asia. He is also regularly quoted and interviewed in various business publications and electronic media including CNBC, Bloomberg, and Channel News Asia.
Ravi graduated in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) in India. Ravi has obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management from Chartered Management Institute in the UK.

Dr Bicky Bhangu is President – South East Asia, Pacific and South Korea at Rolls-Royce, based in Singapore. He is responsible for the operations across the company’s key businesses– Civil Aerospace, Defence and Power Systems.
Bicky currently serves as Council Member for the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), and is Deputy President of Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC). He has served as Deputy President of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), and as President of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore.
Bicky is an Adjunct Professor at the Nanyang Technological University. He has a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in Control Systems, PhD in Advanced Machines and Drives from the University of Sheffield and an MBA in Technology Management. He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering Technology (IET), Fellow of Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS).
Bicky is also serving the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) as Board Member.
Bicky is married to Jennie and has two children Caitlin and George.

Executive Director SGTech Yean Cheong is currently the Executive Director of SGTech, starting from December 2020.

Yean is an international C-suite marketer, digital strategist and change catalyst with 20+ years of experience working in diverse industries and cities across the Asia Pacific.
An early digital catalyst, Yean was part of the start-up team of Travelocity-owned online travel company Zuji, that pioneered travel-tech eCommerce and democratised real-time travel booking across APAC in early 2000.
In 2017, she was recognised by Campaign Asia as one of the Outstanding Technology Leaders in the “Women Leading Change Awards” for women who have ignited positive change by introducing new technology to the marketing and media industry.
Returning from her 8-year stint in Australia to join IPG Mediabrands, the media innovation division of Interpublic Group in 2011, Yean held multiple roles at the company and started as their APAC’s Chief Digital Head.
Yean then headed up Cadreon, the advertising-tech unit of IPG Mediabrands, in APAC from its inception. She oversaw its expansion into all IPG markets across APAC, developing and delivering consumer-centric integrated digital solutions, combining data, programmatic media, search, mobile and social, to help brands and advertisers reach and engage their audiences via on-target communication touch-points.

Managing Director BlackRock

Shinbo Won, Managing Director, heads BlackRock’s Investment Stewardship (BIS) team for Asia ex-Japan, Australia. He is responsible for engaging with investee companies in the Greater China, South Korea and Southeast Asia markets on behalf of BlackRock’s clients globally. The BIS teams actively engage with BlackRock’s portfolio companies to address governance, environmental, and social issues that could materially impact the long-term sustainability of the company and clients’ value.
Prior to joining BlackRock, he was Head of Asia ex-Japan Research at ISS, having led a geographically diverse team that provides proxy research and recommendations for more than 5,000 companies in 14 Asia-Pacific markets outside Japan, while overseeing the development of ISS’ benchmark voting policies for those markets.
Shinbo holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, and BA Economics from Yonsei University.

Mr Geoffrey Yeo serves as Assistant Chief Executive Officer at Enterprise Singapore, the government agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry responsible for championing enterprise development. He currently oversees the Urban Solutions, Infrastructure Services, Sustainability and Enterprise Finance portfolios.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Yeo’s last role was Executive Director of Enterprise Singapore’s Circular Economy & Sustainability division. He was also the General Manager of SEEDS Capital Pte Ltd, the investment arm of Enterprise Singapore which directs investments into Singapore-based technology startups in emerging and strategic sectors.
Mr Yeo has previously held Director positions at SPRING Singapore heading various portfolios including Strategic & Corporate Planning, Financing and Incentive Management. Before joining the public service, he had spent several years in the private sector, with experience across finance and business development roles within the IT and Transport & Logistics industries.
Mr Yeo received the Public Service Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2016. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Finance and International Business, and also holds a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of Sydney.

Ravi Krishnaswamy heads Frost & Sullivan’s Energy, Sustainability & Industrial Practice in the Asia Pacific region and is based in Singapore. Ravi has spent more than twenty five years in the Energy & Environment industry in varying functions, as a design engineer, project manager, management consultant, research director and now Practice Leader. Ravi joined Frost & Sullivan in 2001 as an Industry Analyst and started the Energy Practice in Asia Pacific in 2007.
Ravi has personally lead and/or delivered more than 250 consulting engagements for power utilities, technology companies, infrastructure developers, government agencies & industry regulators, global engineering conglomerates, equipment OEMs, financial services & investment companies and R&D entities. Ravi’s industry expertise and thought leadership spans areas as diverse as digitalization/Industry 4.0, Energy Utilities, Energy Transformation, buildings & construction industry, facilities management, Smart Urban Infrastructure, Environment, Sustainability & Circular Economy, Industrial Automation and smart manufacturing.
Ravi has been a guest speaker, key note presenter and session chair for several Energy, Utilities, Environment and Buildings related industry conferences, both within and outside Asia. He is also regularly quoted and interviewed in various business publications and electronic media including CNBC, Bloomberg, and Channel News Asia.
Ravi graduated in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) in India. Ravi has obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management from Chartered Management Institute in the UK.

Dr Bicky Bhangu is President – South East Asia, Pacific and South Korea at Rolls-Royce, based in Singapore. He is responsible for the operations across the company’s key businesses– Civil Aerospace, Defence and Power Systems.
Bicky currently serves as Council Member for the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), and is Deputy President of Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC). He has served as Deputy President of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), and as President of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore.
Bicky is an Adjunct Professor at the Nanyang Technological University. He has a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in Control Systems, PhD in Advanced Machines and Drives from the University of Sheffield and an MBA in Technology Management. He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering Technology (IET), Fellow of Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS).
Bicky is also serving the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) as Board Member.
Bicky is married to Jennie and has two children Caitlin and George.

Executive Director SGTech Yean Cheong is currently the Executive Director of SGTech, starting from December 2020.

Yean is an international C-suite marketer, digital strategist and change catalyst with 20+ years of experience working in diverse industries and cities across the Asia Pacific.
An early digital catalyst, Yean was part of the start-up team of Travelocity-owned online travel company Zuji, that pioneered travel-tech eCommerce and democratised real-time travel booking across APAC in early 2000.
In 2017, she was recognised by Campaign Asia as one of the Outstanding Technology Leaders in the “Women Leading Change Awards” for women who have ignited positive change by introducing new technology to the marketing and media industry.
Returning from her 8-year stint in Australia to join IPG Mediabrands, the media innovation division of Interpublic Group in 2011, Yean held multiple roles at the company and started as their APAC’s Chief Digital Head.
Yean then headed up Cadreon, the advertising-tech unit of IPG Mediabrands, in APAC from its inception. She oversaw its expansion into all IPG markets across APAC, developing and delivering consumer-centric integrated digital solutions, combining data, programmatic media, search, mobile and social, to help brands and advertisers reach and engage their audiences via on-target communication touch-points.

Mr Gilbert Tan is the Assistant Director-General of NTUC since 2016. As Director of NTUC Training & Placement Division, Mr Gilbert Tan drives workers’ training in tandem with companies’ transformation, via the formation of Company Training Committees and the adoption of the Operation & Technology Roadmap process. He is passionate in his role to better serve workers’ training and jobs matching needs under the Labour Movement’s Training and Placement ecosystem. He is also Director of the Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute (OTCi) and oversees union leadership and training matters, strengthening and promotion of tripartism amongst key stakeholders in Singapore. Mr Gilbert Tan joined NTUC’s e2i in 2009 to create solutions for better employment and employability through providing better jobs, developing better skills, and improving companies’ productivity and gain sharing for workers. During the period of his leadership till Dec 2021, e2i managed and operationalized NTUC Job Security Council, providing transition support to at-risk or displaced workers preemptively and businesses during fluctuating manpower needs. He pioneered partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), Trade Associations and Chambers, and community groups to bring career coaching, training advisory services and industry transformation solutions to more Singaporeans. Mr Gilbert Tan is a Member of: Singapore Management University Academy Advisory Board; Ngee Ann Polytechnic Council; Institute of Technical Education Board of Governors; and Republic Polytechnic Board of Governors. Mr Gilbert Tan is also on the Board of the Chinese Development Assistance Council, Human Capital (Singapore) Pte Ltd and NCI Golf Pte Ltd. He is the Trustee of Chemical Industries Employees’ Union (CIEU). He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001 in MSRA, Recreation. He also completed the Advanced Management Program in Harvard Business School in 2018.

Kok Chung is the Deputy Director-General of Environment Protection of Singapore’s National Environment Agency. He is concurrently the Director of the Resource & Sustainability Group, responsible for promoting environmental sustainability. The group’s work entails the a) mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions, b) sustainable management of wastes, and c) improving resource efficiency. Prior to joining the Agency, he had served stints at the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Defence, the Competition Commission and the Civil Service College.

Audrey Chia is Associate Professor at the NUS Business School, with a concurrent joint appointment at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). She chairs the Programme Management Committee of the MSc. Environmental Management Programme), a collaboration by nine NUS faculties. Prof. Chia’s research applies leadership, change and innovation as theoretical foundations to address health, environmental and social challenges. Her research has been published in journals such as JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association), The BMJ (British Medical Journal) and Obesity Reviews. She has served as an invited expert on social entrepreneurship, innovative philanthropy, innovative financing and sustainable development at meetings of the United Nations, Asian Development Bank, OECD, and the Asia-Pacific Leaders’ Malaria Alliance. In recognition of her expertise, Prof Chia was appointed to the Management Committee of the United Nations Global Compact Network Singapore. Prof Chia has delivered keynote or plenary addresses and made presentations at conferences such as the Academy of Management, the Integrated Care Foundation, the European Union Workplace Innovation Network, the World Health Summit and the Xiong An International Health Forum. She has been invited to judge venture competitions, such as the Swiss Re Entrepreneurs for Resilience Award, Singtel Futuremakers, DBS-NUS Social Venture Challenge, and the NUS Medical Grand Challenge. As a consultant on leadership, change, and diversity & Inclusiveness, Prof Chia was worked with many organisations. These include Bridgestone, Dentsu, Deutsche Bahn-Schenker, Total, Catalyst, DHL, Jones Lang LaSalle, L’Oreal, McDonald’s, Maersk, Mitsui, National University Health System, Panasonic, Samsung, Telenor, Royal Brunei Airlines, PT Astra, Temasek Foundation, and the Ministry of Health in Brunei. Prof. Chia directs NUS Business School’s Leadership Development Programme, which attracts participants from five continents. From 2011-2017, she was Programme Director of the NIHA (NUS Initiative to Improve Health in Asia) Healthcare Leadership Programme for senior leaders in the public, private and NGO sectors from 15 countries across Asia. Returning from her 8-year stint in Australia to join IPG Mediabrands, the media innovation division of Interpublic Group in 2011, Yean held multiple roles at the company and started as their APAC’s Chief Digital Head.
Yean then headed up Cadreon, the advertising-tech unit of IPG Mediabrands, in APAC from its inception. She oversaw its expansion into all IPG markets across APAC, developing and delivering consumer-centric integrated digital solutions, combining data, programmatic media, search, mobile and social, to help brands and advertisers reach and engage their audiences via on-target communication touch-points.

Mr Gilbert Tan is the Assistant Director-General of NTUC since 2016. As Director of NTUC Training & Placement Division, Mr Gilbert Tan drives workers’ training in tandem with companies’ transformation, via the formation of Company Training Committees and the adoption of the Operation & Technology Roadmap process. He is passionate in his role to better serve workers’ training and jobs matching needs under the Labour Movement’s Training and Placement ecosystem. He is also Director of the Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute (OTCi) and oversees union leadership and training matters, strengthening and promotion of tripartism amongst key stakeholders in Singapore. Mr Gilbert Tan joined NTUC’s e2i in 2009 to create solutions for better employment and employability through providing better jobs, developing better skills, and improving companies’ productivity and gain sharing for workers. During the period of his leadership till Dec 2021, e2i managed and operationalized NTUC Job Security Council, providing transition support to at-risk or displaced workers preemptively and businesses during fluctuating manpower needs. He pioneered partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), Trade Associations and Chambers, and community groups to bring career coaching, training advisory services and industry transformation solutions to more Singaporeans. Mr Gilbert Tan is a Member of: Singapore Management University Academy Advisory Board; Ngee Ann Polytechnic Council; Institute of Technical Education Board of Governors; and Republic Polytechnic Board of Governors. Mr Gilbert Tan is also on the Board of the Chinese Development Assistance Council, Human Capital (Singapore) Pte Ltd and NCI Golf Pte Ltd. He is the Trustee of Chemical Industries Employees’ Union (CIEU). He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001 in MSRA, Recreation. He also completed the Advanced Management Program in Harvard Business School in 2018.

Kok Chung is the Deputy Director-General of Environment Protection of Singapore’s National Environment Agency. He is concurrently the Director of the Resource & Sustainability Group, responsible for promoting environmental sustainability. The group’s work entails the a) mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions, b) sustainable management of wastes, and c) improving resource efficiency. Prior to joining the Agency, he had served stints at the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Defence, the Competition Commission and the Civil Service College.

Audrey Chia is Associate Professor at the NUS Business School, with a concurrent joint appointment at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). She chairs the Programme Management Committee of the MSc. Environmental Management Programme), a collaboration by nine NUS faculties. Prof. Chia’s research applies leadership, change and innovation as theoretical foundations to address health, environmental and social challenges. Her research has been published in journals such as JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association), The BMJ (British Medical Journal) and Obesity Reviews. She has served as an invited expert on social entrepreneurship, innovative philanthropy, innovative financing and sustainable development at meetings of the United Nations, Asian Development Bank, OECD, and the Asia-Pacific Leaders’ Malaria Alliance. In recognition of her expertise, Prof Chia was appointed to the Management Committee of the United Nations Global Compact Network Singapore. Prof Chia has delivered keynote or plenary addresses and made presentations at conferences such as the Academy of Management, the Integrated Care Foundation, the European Union Workplace Innovation Network, the World Health Summit and the Xiong An International Health Forum. She has been invited to judge venture competitions, such as the Swiss Re Entrepreneurs for Resilience Award, Singtel Futuremakers, DBS-NUS Social Venture Challenge, and the NUS Medical Grand Challenge. As a consultant on leadership, change, and diversity & Inclusiveness, Prof Chia was worked with many organisations. These include Bridgestone, Dentsu, Deutsche Bahn-Schenker, Total, Catalyst, DHL, Jones Lang LaSalle, L’Oreal, McDonald’s, Maersk, Mitsui, National University Health System, Panasonic, Samsung, Telenor, Royal Brunei Airlines, PT Astra, Temasek Foundation, and the Ministry of Health in Brunei. Prof. Chia directs NUS Business School’s Leadership Development Programme, which attracts participants from five continents. From 2011-2017, she was Programme Director of the NIHA (NUS Initiative to Improve Health in Asia) Healthcare Leadership Programme for senior leaders in the public, private and NGO sectors from 15 countries across Asia. She has received three University awards, four Faculty awards and numerous commendations for excellence.

Albert Tsui is Executive Director of the Advocacy and Policy Division at the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), the apex business chamber championing the interests of the Singapore business community in areas of trade, investment, and industrial relations. SBF represents more than 27,000 companies, as well as key local and foreign business chambers.
Prior to joining SBF, Albert served for more than a decade in the Singapore Civil Service in various policy, planning, and operational roles. Albert has degrees from Royal Holloway College, University of London, and Downing College, University of Cambridge.

Shinbo Won, Managing Director, heads BlackRock’s Investment Stewardship (BIS) team for Asia ex-Japan, Australia. He is responsible for engaging with investee companies in the Greater China, South Korea and Southeast Asia markets on behalf of BlackRock’s clients globally. The BIS teams actively engage with BlackRock’s portfolio companies to address governance, environmental, and social issues that could materially impact the long-term sustainability of the company and clients’ value.
Prior to joining BlackRock, he was Head of Asia ex-Japan Research at ISS, having led a geographically diverse team that provides proxy research and recommendations for more than 5,000 companies in 14 Asia-Pacific markets outside Japan, while overseeing the development of ISS’ benchmark voting policies for those markets.
Shinbo holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, and BA Economics from Yonsei University.

Mr Geoffrey Yeo serves as Assistant Chief Executive Officer at Enterprise Singapore, the government agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry responsible for championing enterprise development. He currently oversees the Urban Solutions, Infrastructure Services, Sustainability and Enterprise Finance portfolios.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Yeo’s last role was Executive Director of Enterprise Singapore’s Circular Economy & Sustainability division. He was also the General Manager of SEEDS Capital Pte Ltd, the investment arm of Enterprise Singapore which directs investments into Singapore-based technology startups in emerging and strategic sectors.
Mr Yeo has previously held Director positions at SPRING Singapore heading various portfolios including Strategic & Corporate Planning, Financing and Incentive Management. Before joining the public service, he had spent several years in the private sector, with experience across finance and business development roles within the IT and Transport & Logistics industries.
Mr Yeo received the Public Service Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2016. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Finance and International Business, and also holds a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of Sydney.

Ravi Krishnaswamy heads Frost & Sullivan’s Energy, Sustainability & Industrial Practice in the Asia Pacific region and is based in Singapore. Ravi has spent more than twenty five years in the Energy & Environment industry in varying functions, as a design engineer, project manager, management consultant, research director and now Practice Leader. Ravi joined Frost & Sullivan in 2001 as an Industry Analyst and started the Energy Practice in Asia Pacific in 2007.
Ravi has personally lead and/or delivered more than 250 consulting engagements for power utilities, technology companies, infrastructure developers, government agencies & industry regulators, global engineering conglomerates, equipment OEMs, financial services & investment companies and R&D entities. Ravi’s industry expertise and thought leadership spans areas as diverse as digitalization/Industry 4.0, Energy Utilities, Energy Transformation, buildings & construction industry, facilities management, Smart Urban Infrastructure, Environment, Sustainability & Circular Economy, Industrial Automation and smart manufacturing.
Ravi has been a guest speaker, key note presenter and session chair for several Energy, Utilities, Environment and Buildings related industry conferences, both within and outside Asia. He is also regularly quoted and interviewed in various business publications and electronic media including CNBC, Bloomberg, and Channel News Asia.
Ravi graduated in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) in India. Ravi has obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management from Chartered Management Institute in the UK.

Dr Bicky Bhangu is President – South East Asia, Pacific and South Korea at Rolls-Royce, based in Singapore. He is responsible for the operations across the company’s key businesses– Civil Aerospace, Defence and Power Systems.
Bicky currently serves as Council Member for the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), and is Deputy President of Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC). He has served as Deputy President of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), and as President of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore.
Bicky is an Adjunct Professor at the Nanyang Technological University. He has a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in Control Systems, PhD in Advanced Machines and Drives from the University of Sheffield and an MBA in Technology Management. He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering Technology (IET), Fellow of Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS).
Bicky is also serving the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) as Board Member.
Bicky is married to Jennie and has two children Caitlin and George.

Yean is an international C-suite marketer, digital strategist and change catalyst with 20+ years of experience working in diverse industries and cities across the Asia Pacific.
An early digital catalyst, Yean was part of the start-up team of Travelocity-owned online travel company Zuji, that pioneered travel-tech eCommerce and democratised real-time travel booking across APAC in early 2000.
In 2017, she was recognised by Campaign Asia as one of the Outstanding Technology Leaders in the “Women Leading Change Awards” for women who have ignited positive change by introducing new technology to the marketing and media industry.
